This is such a cute manicure ! Reminds so much of lisa frank ! The pastel colors and the complementary nail decals are so spring worthy . The tutorial can be used to personalize you our look maybe a cool fourth of july nail art if you use red, white, and blue. Or use floral decals. All you need is 3 color nail polishes, eyeliner brushes, and some decals. Go ahead use some creativity to take this to another level !

Crayon Art by whatever
I’ve been crushing on this since I saw this. Just take a box of crayons, choose the ones you like, hot glue them on to a canvas, set a blow dryer on high and watch this work of art come alive . Love this :)

Sequin-Wrapped Bauble Ring featured on martha stewart
This technique is versatile.

 Materials
•Wooden beads or foam balls
(Basically any round bead will work )
•Strung sequins
•Tacky white glue to glue sequins onto the bead ( You can use E-6000 for this project if using a bead only. Use tacky glue on styrofoam. Don’t use hot glue on styrofoam it will melt !)
napkin rings or ring base

Directions

1. Pull 1 or 2 sequins off the thread to create a lead end. Starting at the top of bead (or foam ball), secure lead end with a dab of glue.

2. Apply glue one section at a time, and adhere sequin strand, spiraling it tightly and applying pressure as you work. Leave bead holes open if you’ll be stringing them; otherwise, cover with sequins.
(If you plan to give this as a gift you may want to use ring base and use half of styrofoam ball to make it easy to glue onto the base E-6000 glue is best for that type of project)

Cookie Cutter Holiday Oranments featured on michelleroycroft
So this idea did not come with instructions but it seems easy to do.
Step 1. Cut out a small strip of paper wide enought to cover the outer shape of the cookie cutter with your favorite designs. You can create you own using photos or online images and print them out !
Step 2. Simply glue the small strip of paper. ( You can use mod podge (ideal to adhere and seal paper to metal ) or hot glue or industrial glue like E-6000 just test on a small metal and paper to not ruin your design)
Step 3. Make small ribbon bows and flowers. Play with different textures like felt, pearls, buttons and paper.

Stella McCartney Inspired Bow Blouse on glitter guide
Stella McCartney designs are amazing and Alexa Chung’s is my favorite style icon. This bow blouse has been recreated using a solid colored blouse and simply sewing handmade little black bows onto it . Its pretty easy to make but if you need the tutorial click here! You can even do this on a dress. Using neutral colors takes what once was considered children’s fashion diy to luxury designer diy!

Braided updo by Moiz Alladina on bhldn
Perfect for the holidays. This look has an earthy and boho feel to it when you add feathered or flowered hair pieces and softens the face for a romanitc look.
Directions:
1. From a side part he began braiding around the face, starting with hair closest to the hairline and adding to the braid with hair further back on the head. He continued this until finally coming full circle.
2. After securing the tail of the braid into its beginning with a bobby, he began pulling at the braid gently with his fingers, concentrating at the nape of the neck to anchor the style.

DIY Microdermabrasion by triplemaxtons
How to make your own exfoliating scrub. I did a little to be on the safe side and it turns out baking soda is old school beauty trick which also relieves redness of acne : )Note do not exfoliate more than once a week it will irrate skin.
1.Grab some baking soda and some water.
2.Keeping a 3:1 ratio in mind (ex: 3 tablespoons baking soda and 1 tablespoon water), mix the baking soda and water into a toothpaste-like consistency.

3.Avoiding your eye area, gently rub the paste onto your face in small circular motions for about 1-2 minutes. The goal is to buff, not scratch the heck out of your epidermis.

4.Rinse the mixture off your face, being careful to avoid your eye area.

5.Apply a rich moisturizer. Marvel at your super soft and glowy skin, but don’t debut your new look to the outside world without slathering on sunscreen first. Really.
Alternative : For those shy of a concentrated baking soda mixture use one part baking soda mixed with two parts of ground oatmeal and water to make a great scrub for your face.
