Rainbow Macrame by simpleeluxx
I am constantly designing for my etsy shop Simplee Luxx and this is one my favorites : ) The neon color and fun charm makes it irresistible. They were featured in this treasury two days ago ! Maybe they can inspire some summer crafts : )

Crochet Earmuffs

Fellow tumblr blogger Alyssa from Alyssa2Elodie submitted these beautiful crochet earmuffs she made. I was excited to post this since she lives near my hometown ! They are such a cute and creative take on the traditional earmuffs ! They almost look like you have flowers in hair . I definitely need to start picking up this craft. I would suggest to try this out with neon colors or maybe taking it up a notch with beads. The possiblities are endless!

Sequin-Wrapped Bauble Ring featured on martha stewart
This technique is versatile.

 Materials
•Wooden beads or foam balls
(Basically any round bead will work )
•Strung sequins
•Tacky white glue to glue sequins onto the bead ( You can use E-6000 for this project if using a bead only. Use tacky glue on styrofoam. Don’t use hot glue on styrofoam it will melt !)
napkin rings or ring base

Directions

1. Pull 1 or 2 sequins off the thread to create a lead end. Starting at the top of bead (or foam ball), secure lead end with a dab of glue.

2. Apply glue one section at a time, and adhere sequin strand, spiraling it tightly and applying pressure as you work. Leave bead holes open if you’ll be stringing them; otherwise, cover with sequins.
(If you plan to give this as a gift you may want to use ring base and use half of styrofoam ball to make it easy to glue onto the base E-6000 glue is best for that type of project)

Stella McCartney Inspired Bow Blouse on glitter guide
Stella McCartney designs are amazing and Alexa Chung’s is my favorite style icon. This bow blouse has been recreated using a solid colored blouse and simply sewing handmade little black bows onto it . Its pretty easy to make but if you need the tutorial click here! You can even do this on a dress. Using neutral colors takes what once was considered children’s fashion diy to luxury designer diy!

Cloche
So i spotted this 1940s French cloche with sequins on ¡que bueno! on etsy and fell i love.
But I wondered if I could make it . Yes, you can!
Source: ¡que bueno!
My magic mom turned a wool coat into a cloche hat.

If you want to step this tutorial up a notch embellish it with beads, stick to neutral colors, or make cut out designs. Check out the tutorial: have fun !

Messy Double Knot Updo by fashionising
One of most seen hair in the Spring 2012 fashion show were messy knot updo. This one seen at Michael Kors can be recreate easily with this instructions:
1.Spritz the hair all over with a sea-salt spray .(You can use mousse to create texture too!)
2.Next, scrunch the hair into bunches while drying to add waves and texture .
3.Pull a thick section of hair out at the front, sweeping it into a deep side part.
4.Finally, take back two sections of hair and tie into a knot – then again into a double knot
You’re done!
